Please Choose your font, Saying, Monogram Style, For any other custom engraving such as a logo or recipe, all you need to do is send a picture of your item in messages after you order. If you order more than one at a time. Please separate the design choices by "pan 1: xxxx; pan 2: xxxx... etc.

I ship out our items through USPS, Priority. You will be given tracking information. I Cannot be held responsible for any Shipping delays.

RETURNS:
Items that are incorrect or defective due to my error will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded.
If the error is due to misinformation from the buyer, I cannot be held responsible.
A new item must be purchased if desired. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
